I like the fact that they always just say yes and crack on. They've got a brilliant attitude; Whatever I ask of them they have a go. They're
always available which is another thing I really value. We've been using them since May 2017. I think there's two main benefits:
1) My staff are much less stressed. Being a beauty salon, it used to be the case that when the phone range and they were in treatment, it was stressful, because you could hear the phone ringing and not be able to get to it. If they were busy, they'd get to their lunch break and have calls to return meaning they'd get a shorter break, so the working stress has dropped dramatically.
2) We're able to fill our diaries more effectively. We're not missing calls so we're not missing bookings, so I feel we're not losing business that
we probably did before.

A Great Space For Meetings And/Or Training Venue
We have used space at The Office Genie for our last few meetings, and it has been excellent. The room itself is large enough to accommodate the whole team comfortably, and a great space to work from. The staff are friendly and helpful, there is free parking and free WIFI, it is in a nice central location for everyone to reach, and at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend this as a great space for meetings and/or to hire as a training venue.
Absolute solution to what I needed
If you take any kind of bookings, the genies are absolutely fantastic. They can take all your bookings and pop it straight on to your diary. The works done for you, so you can give your clients in the salon 100% focus without missing any customers.

Lee has been with us for a while now. We operate as his main reception, answering calls and booking appointments. He uses Groupon to boost his business, and we are able to take all the necessary information for him. We are able to talk about the treatments to new clients so that they know what to expect.
When he recently moved clinic we were able to manage that for him, calling all clients to notify them their appointments had moved site and confirming the new address with every new appointment we booked. We advise clients where to park and how long for, so that they do not suffer fines during their lengthy appointments.

The Genies can answer our phone and use our system to book the client’s appointments. We usually have a receptionist so the Genies answer when they’re indisposed, but when our receptionist is sick or on holiday we can get the Genies to answer all calls, which is brilliant.

The Salon Genie is my main receptionist. They answer the phone and book appointments. Our clients travel from around the country to our clinics in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. What I love most about The Salon Genie's service is that it's discreet and confidential service. Some of our clients might feel self-conscious or embarrassed about getting treatments, but the Genies are always considerate and put everyone at ease right from the first ring.

Mel and Martin have been using us for many years as their main receptionist. They provide Aesthetic beauty treatments (micro dermabrasion, botox, dermal fillers etc.) in a number of locations, all of which we book for them. We offer her clients a discreet and confidential service, as they often do not wish anyone to know about the treatments they are receiving. We have been known to list the treatments and wait for them to confirm the one they are looking for.

They assume that they are in the room next door to me, and when told they are a good few miles away, they are always surprised. Podiatry has the potential to be complex but the Genies do a great job of keeping callers relevantly informed.

A huge asset to our business as we cannot always answer our phone when we are in treatment. Friendly and bubbly and they certainly know what there doing. Think ahead of your competitors as lots of people don't want to leave a voice msg so by someone answering in a professional manner it says to them that you care.
I don't think you could get much better
We're quite unique because The Office Genie provide their service free of charge to us as we're a charity which is amazing! As a charity getting something free of charge is as important as getting a donation so we really value that.
On occasions where we have to go to meetings or we have a day out or something like that we're able to do that now without the worry of not answering
to our supporters, so it removes the concerns of not responding as they literally just step in and be us for a day.
I don't think you could get much better. We've never had any issues whatsoever. We feel that we're getting the absolute best that we could from them at this time.

Helen joined us having used a message taking service previously, because she needed us to book the appointments whilst the caller was on the line. Using our service they have been able to move their trained stylist away from Reception back to working with clients 3 days a week, and have now reopened their salon every day of the week. We know all about weaves, flashes, colours, foils, cuts, fringe trims, and are able to book the appropriate appointments into their diary.
They recently switched their salon management software, and each of our Genies was retrained on the new software within 24 hours so we could continue to book appointments for them. Helen’s clients do not know that we answer her phones for the salon, they believe they are talking to the Salon every time.

they're very much part of the team.
The way I looked at The Office Genie is that they're not the cheapest out there, but if they can capture patients I would ordinarily miss, it's a solution
for me. So if a patient calls and I'm not available, they still get to talk to someone and 9 times out of 10 it turns into a booking, so they stop
me losing customers. On top of that it saves me a lot of time having to call back patients and chase people; The time savings for me are amazing. I've
