Lee has been with us for a while now. We operate as his main reception, answering calls and booking appointments. He uses Groupon to boost his business, and we are able to take all the necessary information for him. We are able to talk about the treatments to new clients so that they know what to expect.

When he recently moved clinic we were able to manage that for him, calling all clients to notify them their appointments had moved site and confirming the new address with every new appointment we booked. We advise clients where to park and how long for, so that they do not suffer fines during their lengthy appointments.

The Genies can answer our phone and use our system to book the client’s appointments. We usually have a receptionist so the Genies answer when they’re indisposed, but when our receptionist is sick or on holiday we can get the Genies to answer all calls, which is brilliant.

Helen joined us having used a message taking service previously, because she needed us to book the appointments whilst the caller was on the line. Using our service they have been able to move their trained stylist away from Reception back to working with clients 3 days a week, and have now reopened their salon every day of the week. We know all about weaves, flashes, colours, foils, cuts, fringe trims, and are able to book the appropriate appointments into their diary.

They recently switched their salon management software, and each of our Genies was retrained on the new software within 24 hours so we could continue to book appointments for them. Helen’s clients do not know that we answer her phones for the salon, they believe they are talking to the Salon every time.
